St Gabriel's House, Liverpool, Lancashire

St Gabriel's House home for girls was established in around 1948 at 6 Windermere Terrace, Princess Park, Liverpool 8.

In the 1960s, the Home was run by the Community of the Sisters of the Church, an Anglican sisterhood of nuns sometimes referred to as the Kilburn Order, in conjunction with the Church Extension Association, who operated a number of other institutions.

The Home closed in around 1965. The building has now been turned into flats.
