Blairhill, Rumbling Bridge, Kinross-shire, Scotland

Opened in September 1941, Blairhill, near the village of Rumbling Bridge, Kinross, was one of the dozen or so wartime evacuation centres that Barnardo's established in large country houses in Scotland. Blairhill was used to accommodate girls aged from 4 to 11.

The home closed in October 1944, with the children being transferred to the Glasclune Home at North Berwick.

The house no longer exists.
