St Paul's Home for Girls, Brompton, London
By 1881, the St Paul's Home for Destitute Girls was in operation at 53 Sydney Street, London SW3. In the census of that year, Harriett Booty was matron, with 13 girls in residence aged from 12 to 19 years. The home had closed by 1891.
